An all inclusive package for the whole day so just sit back and enjoy the day knowing that it’s all arranged for you. All you need to arrange are your own flowers and table posies but we can also do this on for you if you prefer.

ACCOMMODATION

 
We have a total of 50 bedrooms with one Suite and a series of Premium Rooms and Superior
Rooms available for you and your guests. The best rates are available on our own web site and these
can change accordingly depending on the date book and availability. Therefore, rates may vary butbwe regret that once a booking has been made we cannot change the rate. Group bookings are difficult
to manage so we ask all guests to book individually and pay their own £20.00 pp to secure bookings.
 
All payments are Non-refundable.
 

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

 
Provisional booking will be held for fourteen days or until a signed ‘Booking Contract’ is returned to The County with a Non-refundable deposit of £500.00. Refer to cancellation policy on reverse of ‘Reservation form’. The full amount of anticipated costs for food and liquor should be settled in full four weeks before the Wedding based on final numbers. Any adjustments must be renegotiated with the hotel after this period & cancellation charges may apply if you have reduced the anticipated revenue for this function. A minimum of 60 people are charged for in the Ballroom, unless this has been agreed and stated on the Booking Contract. The deposit will be taken off your account on the day of the function and your account will be adjusted accordingly. As per licensing law the bar will close at 11.30pm with any dancing finishing at midnight to minimise disturbing our residents.
Please note all ‘Conditions of ‘booking’ on the reverse of your ‘Reservation form’. All prices are correct at time of print, although The County reserves the right to change prices without
prior notification. Bedrooms: we ask all guests to make their own individual booking and secure this with a £20.00 person non-refundable deposit. May we please stress than check in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival.
