Wildlfe Fun Day

The very popular family fun day is here again with a lively mix of activities. See live snakes, lizards and large spiders and handle them if you dare! Make candles with the Essex beekeepers; try fossil rubbing and other crafts. See the owls and visit the RSPB, and the Essex WildlifeTrust stands.

Tour de France art workshop

A fantastic opportunity to work with artist Alison Stockmarr creating special flags to welcome the Tour de France as it speeds through Essex on Monday 7 July 2014.


On Thursday 29 May (half term), Chelmsford Museum is offering the people of Chelmsford and beyond the chance to come along to design some colourful eye-catching flags to wave.  Help put Essex on the map!
